I would say for companies that are considering this is keep in mind that, especially if you're not just moving someone to another role, but they're retaining their other role. I think also it's tempting to go to your PMs or if you're bigger to your GMs for these putting out fire roles because those people tend to be the ones that are doing a lot of wrangling. And honestly with products sometimes, especially if the team is well aligned and the engineering managers and design managers is really good,.
