The Importance of a Mixed Constitution

Professor Patrick Deneen at the University of Notre Dame has a new book out called regime change towards a post-liberal future. He argues that we need to create an elite which is aligned with the values and interests of the people of the masses rather than overthrow them. The ideal mixed constitution would be one in which all classes work together for good, he says.
