Location is also important. I think it should be in close proximity to a hospital with intensive care, you know, with an emergency department and intensive care unit. You can tell a lot about a clinical pharmacology unit by visiting it and walking around. The dosing SOP is highly redundant. There's no situation where a dose can just be directly given to a volunteer. It has to be checked and double checked.
