i wish everyone would get some kind of basic understandingof stats, because i think a lot of people don't understand the ce between an exception and the rule. It's profoundly important in what has become a data driven society to understand what it means to interpret the data with statistics. People don't know how to read the status they read on the c n n webside or usa today, or wherever they're looking. You can get the same mean with a lot of different dispersals to th data, and it means something really different. That is not what is necessarily going on.
