After the diagnosis has been met, then you don't need the diagnosis. It's when you're all from it, then it's good to hear the diagnosis. But for other people, if there's an identification with what's being described and they start seeing something that they weren't seeing before. So you hear it after in a sense something has moved and then it's music. If you see it before, it may sound like it's going over your head.
