How to Take Notes in a Meeting
When I take notes in a meeting, I tend to write in on paper. That works great for learning. But if you try and type notes in a class, you tend to transcribe. You don't stop to interact with the information. The fact that you are taking notes by hand when you're in a meeting is another way for you to engage with the material. It ensures that you sort of personalize it and make it part of what's going on in your brain.
