Is There an Odor in the Vincula?

Dorcas is disgusted by the conditions she sees in The Vincula. Severean doesn't seem to get what his job is having on Dorcas and also doesn't think that he needs to make any changes for her. Even even though we might have wondered, Clailiator has decided to take a new tack through the conciliator. He's using it openly as an opportunity to help and heal people.
