Direct Mail Marketing - How Do You Find Them?
I started doing your typical kind of invest or direct mail list, like i would do an out of town owner list. And then the ones that were good, again, i go sit face to face, talk to em, see if i could solve their problem. We thought about getting beyond this business model but business models really being like a big fish in a small pond as a real estate investor. If i had my license, i couldn't get list properties. I could manage properties for others. But fortunately, we've been able to do make enough money, keeping it nice and simple,. working out of our house, just doing it for ourselves.
