We are hiring almost in all major segments like sales or mostly in engineering and marketing and customer service that's going to be a major one in coming months. We look for people who are accountable, who can take responsibility and we work as a team though we expect you to be working independently most of the time. You should be someone who can take directions from me or the senior management, work on the issues and come back to us with solutions. That's the kind of mindset we need. And we need people who believe that APIs are going to change the world."
