David Frakt: I think what might be most underhived right now is Ubisoft. He says the company has been cutting projects to better refocus some of its efforts. And that's happening while the company's valuation has fallen from like seven to eight time sales, he says. "I'm calling a market bottom because I just think there's too much pessimism baked in if anything works"
