People who are panicking and freaking out in a highly emotional don't tend to make good decisions. When you've actually had time to plan sit down think about it consider it a little bit more than just making that move. Controlling emotions is really critical too Well, that's one that just stood out as a lesson from the book was leaders or People who are trying to influence who can control their emotions especially in terms of making decisions.
