The Sleepwalking Scene
There's this epic scene at Act 5 near the end of the story. Lady Macbeth, the psychological trauma of having assassinated a rival and how bloody it became is so traumatized to her that she can't sleep anymore. Her nightmares as she sleepwalks is that her hands are covered with blood of all of the murder that she's coordinated. This scene is iconic for depicting the idea of blood guilt.
