How Do You Use the Word Taxonomy?

The first thing is of course that you have something that is very standardized. So you have a clear way on how to structure or what to look at. And the good thing is that with those types actually or like in this construct, as as mentioned a little bit before, there's a lot of research on them and they are tied to other aspects in the workplace. There will never be a 100% overlap. The point is where this is important is to see where the gaps are and make sure that the person gets motivated in that workplace later on.
