The Importance of Phones in Team Meetings

I think ultimately, you know, there's no phones in team meetings. Well, why can't you mandate that we're going to make sure there's no apps on your phone? And when we take a road trip, we got to make sure you don't have that on your phone as well. So I do think there's ways and look, we're too smart technology wise to not figure this out. It's going to take everybody working together because it's only going to save your career.
