Did You Ever Hit an Intermediate Plate?

Did you ever hit some kind of intermediate plateau? Or did you arrive at a level at which you felt discouraged? Oh, no, my English isn't improving. I don't feel I'm making progress. Did that not happen to you? It didn't really happen. But when I got to an advanced level, so when I was in New Zealand and I was starting for the CPE, for the C2 certificate, I thought, like, I didn't have enough opportunities to speak,. Because in class, I was doing a CIA course. So, I was the odd one out.
