Observables, and Anasincrine Iturators and Generators

Parshate: I like if, in our estice is just providing maps and s and reduces on a data stream, you could have those operators come from a special, standard library that's specifically for data streams. The mitter proposal kind of abridges the gap between observables and anasincrine iturators and generators. And this is another stage one proposal, so who knows if it's even going to progress.
