I'm a 10x Developer, but I Don't Need Help.
I saw a tweet the other day where this guy was saying that he had interviewed someone and he was like, I'm a 10x developer. And so there's a lot to be said for those soft skills. Even though you say I'm in tech and I work with computers at the end of the day, you're still working with humans. If you don't have the soft skills, if you're not willing to work with other people, like, that's a huge problem. So one of my personal philosophies is Learn, Build, Teach.
