The Importance of Confidence in Painting
I remember saying to myself, I want to sell enough to buy a tent. And you know what? Bloody did as well. Now I look at the paintings on painting now and they're like, I am here. So my confidence has definitely grown. You grow into it like the studio space. It grows up with you, I suppose. Just imagine if you'd never taken those first early steps. That's the thing that always gets me about this is the frustration of wanting to be somewhere ahead in the future, rather than enjoying the journey that it takes to get there. Yeah, I've always thought because the kids are young, I'vealways thought of these years to like my foundation
