Atherosclerosis

Arterial just means a vess. Artery, hardening of artery. I can say there are different er tipes of pathologies that fit under that banner but athorou scorosis is running them one of them. And that's probably referring more to the larger, elastic arteries which should be like the aorta and iliac.
