How to Breathe Correctly When You're Asleep

When you first go to sleep, your brain waves slow. Your heart rates and breathing become rhythmic. You can tell when someone's asleep a lot of time because they're faking it. The rapid eye movement that is the name of REM that twitching eyes under the eyelids - this is when the most vivid dreaming sequences happen during sleep. It is often called the paradoxical sleep because you have effectively an asleep body but an awake brain.
