The Importance of Double Digit Increases in Studio Salary
If you're on the studio side, right, there's a couple of types of compromise you can offer. You can just give a bunch of money on the minimum salaries for people in the room and increase the residuals that people get paid for streaming. That's not a one time give. If the studios change the model, that's something that lasts in perpetuity or until the next negotiation or something like that. And that's where if I'm the writers, I really hone in on that stuff because that's where you really make your mark.
