Scikit Learn: The First Stable, Fully Stable Release

Scikit Learn is five years old. The API is pretty much settled. There's a few things here and there that basically are that we have to deal with now. In terms of new features, I mean, you always have a lot of cool stuff that are around. And yeah, people are trying to see also how it can evolve.
