If you find yourself in the present, hung up on the past, maybe feeling guilty for letting someone go or failing at something or just overall you're blaming yourself. Check yourself. You're likely looking back at peak moments and you're assigning blame there but you're not seeing the larger picture. We have to learn to check ourselves by reevaluating how we look at our memories.
