The Exclusion of International Credit Cards From LRS and TCS

Shippra: The notification says that transactions through a credit card while being overseas will not be counted as LRS and hence not subject to TCS. Now this has created confusion that whether credit cards have been completely removed from LRS or is this only applicable until one October. Shippra: As of now they have not specified any specific timeline or deadline. So for the time being even after first of October such kind of credit card international credit card spends while I am outside India will be outside the purview, he said.
