The walk of shame is about breaking through, coming over your inhibitions. It's basically you do an inventory of your own shameful memories and you feel through the shame until you get used to it until it leaves your body. The most commonly applied one in everyday life is shame. We carry around all of this shame and we are affected by it every day. And chances are, almost all of us have these shame buttons that are just there for people to push or accidentally touch and activate.
