Is There a Customer Ampathy in Product Management?

As a product manager, i look back on those experiences and realize that that's where i really developed my ampathy for customers. I found that to be an extremely valuable experience to help me become a better product manager. And then from inded up being c to of a company called p two energy solutions, this small, sofor company that specializes neoand gas industry. That was a great experience too, because being able to own both product management and engineering was something that was really, really special. Working at gogl, i now to day run a product where we do two trillyn aty i calls a day, i can't even count.
