Apple feels like it dodged a bullet. Apple lawyers are looking at this right now and saying, you know, we're not super thrilled about making this change. But if the 30 % commission was declared illegal, that would be a much bigger problem. Some of the mall developers who were really hoping this judge would knock down or break open apple system in a more sort of systemic way, are definitely not happy.
