The observer itself is actually pretty crazy. It's like, come on, why is this thing built in the 80s? Have like a built-in GUI observer where you can start doing whatever you want and just kind of running nodes and push fixes. And Erlang was designed to run on computers that would break, but on cluster that should not break. They are facing all this stuff that all the problems that we see today. But even if you do something like that, you can still use tools like tracing and debugger to monitor what's happening.
