We want to keep the challenge small enough to feel very doable. Many clients say that this part feels really good because they have a clear plan of when to practice eating and when to practice not eating. In between these times, it is appropriate to practice waiting to eat until the next time but it's never more than a few hours away. People are more control adverse when it's a total stranger trying to control their behavior.
