Building a Good Leadership Philosophy
I think a nice starting point is hearing a bit about your philosophy as a leader. There are three guiding principles I currently use in my marketing philosophy. One plus one equals 11, really optimizing for strengths of the collective team. The second one is something that I refer to as clearly defined operational excellence. And then the last guiding principle is, isn't feedback. Without consistent feedback, we don't know how we're doing.
