An appeals court appeal in california overturned some elements of the california prop 22. Prop 22 was to counter the union funded legislation, a which provided more freedom and flexibility to workers. The implications are that we're now seeing, once again, this crisis of people being restricted from having access to gig jobs because the unions want force everyone into a full time job.
