How to Get Your First Draft Done in the Morning

How do you find that your energy kind of flows in the morning is it one for you is bar first at the start and then you're tidying up how does that change with first draft? I think I go very easy on myself because it is like a marathon you know you have to do this. It will take two two or three months to get a first draft done if you're working every day um so I'm not hard on myself usually I'll be happy if I hit a thousand words that'll be great. If I can polish up the chapter a bit that's great too. When it goes into editing I'm more likely to work from home and spend longer hours on it
