The Importance of Clarifying and Summarizing Feedback
The big part of that conversation is what you do afterwards. And sometimes, yeah, I think it's also ownership. So when you go back to being a leader and giving commands rather than helping people find their solutions, then they're going to buck the system. But one of the great things about coaching, like we talked about a minute ago, is when I come with the answers myself, then I'm going to be all on board with doing whatever action was decided.
