Introduction

Medical Oncologist Dr. Neal Love meets with Dr. Bob Lee from the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. To begin our conversation, I asked Dr. Lee to review the evolution of targeted treatment for patients with non-small cell lung cancer. The EGFR mutation discovery and subsequent generations of EGFR inhibitors as well as multiple generations of alkyne inhibitors and rosin inhibitors all share the same mechanism of action.
