Is There a Difference Between a Schedule and an Idea?

i work in a couple of different ways. Sometimes i despair aaa because there is nothing and i have nothing planned. There are times when i am lucky in the type of work that i do that i can ask our audience, what do you want to hear me talk about? And that is a very valuable thing. So for some one like me who goes through these problems amd but is able to workt in the way that i work, i will have things kind of in the chamber, ready to be pulled in. I think it's, it's terrible the way many professions treat creative employees like it's just a fossety, exactly like it. That they have expectations put on them
