Is This a Vampire Film or a Serial Killer Film?
Night of the living dead is as dark as tinseltown. The film was based on skidrow slasher vaughan greenwood, who killed homeless people and drank their blood. It's just as much a serial killer film, this as it is a vampire film. And what's really clever about it as well is that it is very much playing with those vampire movie tropes at the same time.
