The Resilience of the Housing Industry
When the company first listed in 2019, it generated about 80% of its revenue from housing or home improvements. Some of the businesses have acquired more commercial building work with some of the wooden facades and solar panels. We should still be wary, though, given the macro outlookGiven the uncertainty around housing, it feels like we will come on to valuation shortly. They can look pretty cheap, but the macro events can quickly derail any hope of a quick rebound as the year goes on.
