The way lots of people are doing this, including me, is that somebody will come into your business and they will opt in maybe or register for a webinar. And so what happens is you've dropped them into a Facebook audience and they now start seeing Facebook ads about that thing. But at the same time, maybe four hours later, they get an email saying, oh, you didn't buy the thing, go buy the thing. Now if they buy it through the Facebook ad, you've just spent some money you didn't need to spend because that email might have done it by itself.
