Platform Thinking in Consumer Oriented Company

There is this shift from the linear value chain and the traditional company, the words, the platform based organization. There are companies that develop many successful consortia. But it's something that usually starts first, creating together the technology in a collaborative way but then you go back in your comfort zone. And so I find more easily unsuccessful cases, maybe dividing the two problems clearly can actually help in approaching them.
