How to Compare Time Restricted Eating and Fasting

TRE or time restricted eating is basically reducing the hours in which you consume your food so it's not changing what you eat per se but just when you're eating it. The easiest way to start a time restricted eating protocol is to do it in a 12 hour like a 12 12. So if you have a eating window of 12 hours you are going to have a complimentary 12 hour fast and the nice thing about that is it gets your you know your toes warm so to speak in the fasting pool.
