Anxious mind can ruminate about why they feel anxious, and if only they didn't feel anxious, how much happier they'd be. I need to trust my process for quieting my anxiety while learning to love life even in the face of being anxious. If i've no anxiety, what i see is a clear picture of my self. But when i feel heightened anxiety or o c d, almost picture a film of dust over the mirror. The first is a far more productive way to navigate life.
