How to Be a Successful Pastor

I just got back from some time in the Dominican Republic in Ethiopia. We had taken a variety of our folks from the church here over on a couple of different trips and I spent a good bit of time with different pastors there. And so, yeah, I got a lot to learn as a pastor for sure, especially from pastors and settings like that. Well, when you came to McLean, McLean's not exactly a small church and a long time was long the founding pastor. How many years? 30 years? He'm shepherding this church 37 years. Yeah.
