The Russians Are Not Trying to Create a Democracy, Right?

There's got to be a lot of wishful thinking on behalf of the kremlin about how this will play out. The other thing is tht they're not trying to create a democracy, right? They aren't. And i think europe it's its energy dependence on russia's a huge vulnerability. What do we do? Whateer our response, but whatdo we have to do to be credible for the next time? Also, i want to ask you about sanctions against oligarchs and why that works.
