The Progression Free Survival of Oncology Treatment

I mean, one of the current frontiers of oncology treatment in general is the question of de-escalation. We're realizing that maybe people don't need to be treated quite as long as we've been doing. I won't refuse to treat unless I think it's just absolutely the wrong thing to do. But knowing that eventually we're going to be starting treatment, I'm certainly willing to move in.
