Keeping Stakeholders Involved in Projects
Stakeholders do inform decisions being made, but they're not necessarily decision makers. For more complicated projects that have many stake holders, i like to use ban and company's rapid framework which provides this method of classifying your stakeholders according to the decision making power they have. And you can even think about how you might plot them on this grid to get a sense of how you should engage with them.
