Dawkins: Aquinas doesn't believe that the world had a beginning. He says there is absolutely no reason to endow that terminator with any of the properties normally ascribed to God, omnipotence, omniscience, goodness, creativity of design and reading in a most thoughts. "It's really quite amazing that anybody takes him seriously as a commentator on arguments for God's existence," he adds.
