If you're the type of person who's going to stress out over missing a work out on a plan, ditch the plan. And train now is really nice, cause you can dial in different durations and it will just boom. I would not recommend intervals with your kids in the bike. Don't get cross eyedder that is good e.I'm going to be on some bike trails and be recovery riding and just enjoy and have my kids look around. That's pd better than the otomaxalic approach which was oe of y'alls childhoods.
