And then, as you're going up that ladder, starts to value yourself correctly. Jaz: The only reason i was able to grow my own agency so quickly is because i had that realization that this other agency wasn't doing as good a job and i realized i could do that. lucas: I think regardless of what sort of business you want to start or grow, its kind of common sense now, is just taking action as quickly as possible.
