Is There a Vote for Intermittent Fasting for Type Ones?

I found intermittent fasting the easiest to stick with because to me, what it was was as long as I don't eat. Arden basically does that already without the late night thing, but she's so young, I don't think it matters. Right. Then is that a vote for intermittent fasting for type ones? It could be and can intermittent fasting work. But again, a blanket statement is to say that any plan that you choose, no long term that you can continue this.
