The Importance of Mindset in Longevity Science
If you have a positive mindset towards aging, my best are ahead of me. It translates to eight years of healthy longevity. By the time you age 60, you will exhibit greater memory than when you're 25. The most common stereotype in the world is that people who live too long don't get enough exercise or take care of their health. You want to regularly engage in challenging, creative and social activities that demand dynamic movement. Action sports are dynamic activities, bad minimums of dynamic activity because it's using all these things at once. Dynamic activities that demand deliberate play and take place in novel outdoor environments as peak performance aging.
